Requesting a relocation involves the following steps. MyRicoh will guide you through the process.
1. Enter the required information. You will need to specify the locations and contact details for pick up, delivery and billing, the meter contact
details, building access details at the pick up and delivery locations, and, your preferred dates and times for pick up and delivery. You will
also need to indicate the specific equipment items that must be moved.
Note: Our normal relocation hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. We can organize pick up and / or delivery outside of normal hours for an
extra charge.
2. Review the details.
3. Submit the details.
You will then see the following information:
1. Details about when the pick up and delivery will occur
2. A quote for the relocation charges
3. Terms and conditions of the relocation
4. Submit your acceptance of the quote and the terms and conditions.
You will then receive an email confirming the quote and other details.
